Cookery School info:

You'll meet, and make, new foodie friends, learn new skills, eat scrumptious meals and enjoy a fun-filled evening. All the classes are for 1 evening only.

If this is your first KitchenAngel experience I suggest that you do the Kitchen Confidence Class first before you sign up for the other classes. Please go to the testimonial section and read the testimonial by Johan Grobler on  the benefits of doing the Kitchen Confidence class.

Cost of the classes - R450 per class.

Cookery School: Hands-on cooking classes for groups of 8-10 people. These classes will be on a Tuesday evening from 19h00 - 22h30 and will include a sit-down dinner. All utensils, equipment and class notes will be supplied, but please bring your own apron. Each class will provide enough recipes to cater for 2-3 dinner parties. Gift Vouchers for classes are available.

Cost per person: R450 (hands-on tuition, notes & ingredients). Scroll down to click the name of the class you wish to attend in the schedule and complete the booking form. I will send you an invoice, please note, no booking will be secured without payment on issue of the invoice.

 Please do not assume that non-payment means I'll know that you've changed your mind.....if you've received an invoice and can no longer attend the class PLEASE send me an email so that I can delete your name and invoice from the system.

Please refer to the cancellation policy on the booking form. Should you not be able to attend a class, please advise timeously to allow someone else to take your place otherwise you will forfeit your payment.

Team building excercises : Minimum 8 and maximum 20 people per session. Cost: R450 per person inclusive of ingredients and recipes. To discuss a specific theme for your group, please contact me via the booking form or on 021 6835318.

I also cater for private functions. Minimum 10 and maximum of 35 people.

 I teach and demonstrate the various techniques that professional chefs use, and most recipe books assume you already know. This class is a pre-requisite for all  my other classes as it teaches you proper knife skills to slice, dice and chop efficiently, how to debone a chicken breast, to understand the science ( and secret) of cooking meat correctly, how to get the best value for money when you buy kitchen utensils, which oils to use and which ones to avoid, and many more techniques.
